Our Policies

Thank you for choosing Larhz Auto for your car mechanic, wash and detailing needs! Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.


1. Booking Confirmation

All services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. Once your booking is made, you will receive a confirmation via email or text message. Please ensure all details (date, time, and service type) are correct. If any changes need to be made, please contact us as soon as possible.


2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any extra charges. Reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to availability and may incur a fee. If you need to reschedule please contact us as soon as possible.


3. Late Start

If for any reason, our team is inhibited from beginning the service at the scheduled time, your allotted service time will still end at the designated end time. This is to ensure we are not late to any other customers. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if we do not have adequate access to the vehicle at the start time of your booking, in some cases a late fee may be incurred.


4. Inadequate Access
Please ensure that your vehicle is accessible and ready for service at the agreed-upon time. If you’re unavailable or the vehicle is not ready for service when our mobile service technicians arrive, a late arrival fee will be applied. Please also ensure that your vehicle is in a safe, accessible location for our technicians to work on. This includes a flat surface and sufficient space for tools and equipment. If the mechanic cannot access your vehicle or if additional tools or equipment are needed due to location restrictions, a travel/relocation fee may apply.

5. Payment

A deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the service and location. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill. We accept payments by cash, credit/debit card, and other electronic payment methods. Full payment is due at the time of service completion. By booking with us and accepting a quote, you are agreeing to the quote amount, including any travel fees. If payment is refused lawful action will be taken.


6. Service Availability

We strive to provide all services as scheduled; however, in case of unforeseen circumstances (such as inclement weather, emergencies or equipment failure), we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and we will work to accommodate a new date and time.


6. Vehicle Condition

Please ensure that your vehicle is in a condition suitable for the service requested (e.g., no obstruction to access, including no rubbish or personal belongings, no extreme damage or items that may hinder the cleaning process). If additional time or resources are required to address unexpected issues with the vehicle, such as excessive dirt or damage, an additional charge may apply. If your vehicle has damage or excessive dirt or pet hair etc. please inform us of this prior to booking with us. You may also upload photos when requesting a quote to ensure you get an accurate quote in return. For example, if your car has a excessive amount of pet hair on the interior you will be up-charged to our Pet Hair Special. If additional time or parts are needed due to unexpected issues (e.g., parts damage or accessibility problems), you will be informed and may incur additional charges.

7. Changes to Service

If you'd like to modify or upgrade your service (e.g., adding additional detailing options), please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.


8. No Show Policy
If you fail to attend the scheduled appointment or if the vehicle is not accessible when the mechanic arrives, a 50% no-show fee will be charged to cover the time and travel costs of the appointment.


9. Warranty, Guarantees & Disclaimers

Mechanical Maintenance Services:

At Larhz Auto, we strive to provide top-quality maintenance services to ensure your vehicle operates at its best. However, please note that we are not responsible for any pre-existing issues or conditions that may arise before, during or after the service. While our team of service technicians performs the agreed-upon maintenance, we cannot be held liable for any additional problems that may surface in your vehicle, whether related to the service provided or due to unforeseen mechanical or electrical failures. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their vehicle is in good working condition and that any known issues are disclosed prior to service.

Wash & Detail Services:
Please keep in mind that while we use professional-grade products and equipment, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, imperfections, or issues with your vehicle's paint, trim, upholstery, or other surfaces. This includes, but is not limited to, scratches, chips, swirl marks, and fading that may be revealed during the cleaning process. Additionally, some vehicles may have areas that are difficult to clean or details that may require additional care or services beyond the standard car wash and detailing. Larhz Auto is not responsible for any damage caused by such conditions or by the cleaning process itself, including the risk of damage to decals, older or damaged paintwork/clear-coat, or aftermarket accessories. Customers are encouraged to report any known issues or concerns before service to avoid misunderstandings.


10. Customer Satisfaction

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your service. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
